Invite codes – Limits registration, this plugin adds a Invite Code field to the WordPress register fields. This plugin also works for alternative registration methods. You can create invite codes in the admin panel by Invite Codes. There is also option to allow an invite code to only be used once or to allow the invite code to be used multiple times.
